Job site Advocate
My Goal is to make the builder, subs, and vendors all have the proper details and information to make their job as effortless as possible. Workers onsite feeling confident about their job scope is so important.

That knowledge is transparent enough that the homeowner feels it with every site visit. Having that confidence in their project and their hired team is #1.

Contact
-
Ideally I like to be the point of contact for the homeowner. This frees up the builder to do his work on the job.
-
My knowledge will be given to the builder and subs for the flow of the project to work well.
-
Creating one person for the homeowner for all questions also makes them feel less confused and/or overwhelmed.
